MOM'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
6 slices bread, cubed 1 lb. sausage, crumbled and browned 6 eggs 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 can cream of mushroom condensed soup 2 soup cans of milk 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Put cubed bread and browned sausage into 9 x 14 inch dish. Blend eggs, soup, milk, and mustard. Pour mixture over bread and sausage. Top with cheddar cheese. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. |
