MANGO CHUTNEY 
8 c. peeled and sliced mango (not ripe)
2 c. cider vinegar
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 box seedless raisins
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 hot pepper pods (finely chopped)
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. salt
Ginger root (3 oz. in spice bag)
Sliced almonds

Bring sugar, vinegar to a boil. Add all ingredients. Boil on low for 30 minutes. Put in Mason jars and seal.
