HOT CRAB MEAT PUFFS 
2 egg whites
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. flaked crab
Salt and white pepper
Dash of Tabasco sauce
25 toast rounds
Paprika

Whip egg whites until stiff. Fold in mayonnaise and crab. Season and pile on toast rounds. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil 3 minutes until puffy and lightly browned. Yield: 8 servings.
