CINNAMON CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1/3 light corn syrup
Oil of cinnamon
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
Red food Coloring

Combine the above an bring to a boil. Cook to a hard crack stage (300 degrees). Remove from heat. Add oil and coloring. Cool slightly on greased cookie sheet, then cut into pieces and dust with powdered sugar.
