COLD CHICKEN WITH HOT SAUCE 
1 chicken about 2 pounds

2 tsp. chopped ginger root
2 tsp. chopped green onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. MSG
2 tbsp. seasame oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. hot pepper oil

Place chicken in steamer and steam over heat about 25 minutes. Remove and let it cool. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, arrange chicken in a serving plate, pour (1) over pieces and serve.
