STRAWBERRY BUTTER | |
1/3 c. unsalted butter 1/3 c. strawberry preserves 1 tbsp. confectioners' sugar 1/8 tsp. lemon juice (If unsalted butter is not used, ingredients will separate). Let butter come to room temperature. Combine all ingredients. Blend until partially smooth. Serve with hot biscuits. Will keep up to 3 months in refrigerator. |
