SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 can of squash or 2 pkg. from freezer
1 egg, beaten
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. of Townhouse crackers, crushed
1/2 stick of butter, melted
1 c. cheese, grated
1 tbsp. of sour cream (optional)

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
