BUTTER SNOW BALLS 
1 c. butter
6 tsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped

Cream butter and sugar; stir in flour and nuts. Add vanilla well. Shape into small balls on ungreased cookie sheet for 25-30 minutes at 300 degrees.

Do not brown. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
