BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. half and half
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook broccoli, adding onion, according to directions. Drain. Dissolve beef bouillon cubes in boiling water and add broccoli. Place in blender and blend until smooth. Remove from blender, add half and half and seasonings. Heat to serve. Yield: 6 servings.
