CHICKEN NUGGETS 
3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into small bite size pieces
seasoned salt and cayenne pepper to taste
1 c. self-rising flour

Sprinkle the chicken pieces with seasoned salt and cayenne pepper to taste. In gallon storage bag, put the flour and chicken pieces. Shake well and store in the refrigerator, shaking to keep coated. May have to use more flour.

Use peanut oil that is very hot and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
