QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 9" unbaked pie shell
8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
6 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash nutmeg
Dash black pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over bottom of pie crust in pan. Beat eggs; add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture over bacon and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30-35 minutes longer, or until set.
