DELUXE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs and butter until well blended; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate, sour cream and vanilla; pour into crust. Bake 50 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. 12 servings.

Variation: Substitute graham cracker crumbs for chocolate chips. Prepare cheesecake as directed; chill. Drizzle with combined 2 tablespoons orange marmalade and 1 1/2 teaspoon cold water if desired. Garnish with fresh fruit.
