CRANBERRY SALAD | |
3 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello 3 c. boiling water 2 cans whole cranberries 1 #2 can crushed pineapple 1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add cranberries and pineapple. Pour half in pan. When set, spread with cream cheese; add 2-3 tablespoons light cream or milk to soften. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts to cream cheese. Pour in remaining mixture. Chill. |
