FLIP FLOP BARS 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. rice cereal
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. rice cereal

Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with foil. In a medium saucepan combine peanut butter, 1/4 cup corn syrup, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons butter. Cook over low heat until peanut butter is melted. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cereal and mix until well coated. Press mixture firmly and evenly into prepared pan.

In same saucepan combine the chocolate chips and remaining corn syrup, sugar and butter. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate chips are melted. Stir in remaining cereal, mixing until well coated. Spread chocolate mixture evenly on top of the peanut butter mixture. Cool and cut into 16 squares.
