CRANBERRY JAM CAKE 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. black walnuts, chopped
2 c. blackberry jam
1 c. whole cranberry sauce
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and butter; add beaten eggs, nuts, jam, and cranberry sauce. Sift flour, spices, and baking powder. Dissolve soda in buttermilk. Add flour mixture and milk alternately to first mixture. Mix in raisins. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
