FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1 can cherry pie filling
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 box prunes (8 oz.)
1 box apricots (8 oz.)

Put in oven and stir occasionally. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
