EGGS AND CHIPS 
2 c. crushed potato chips
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese

Place 1 cup potato chips in casserole, add eggs. Blend soup with milk and onions. Season with salt, pepper and pour over eggs. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with remaining potato chips. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
