CHOW MEIN 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can bean sprouts, drained
3/8 c. warm water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can Chinese noodles

Brown meat, onions, celery. Drain fat off. Add soups, bean sprouts and water. Stir in rice, soy sauce and pepper. Cover and cook for 8 minutes on high. Remove cover and cook for 8 more minutes. Top with noodles and cook 4 more minutes. Microwave on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
