FAVORITE MEAT LOAF 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 med. onion, chopped finely
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl. Place all other ingredients in baking dish. Add about 3/4 of the tomato sauce mixture with the loaf and shape loaf into an oval. Make a depression in top of loaf. Cook, uncovered, in microwave on Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, or until center is cooked. (Take loaf out after about 15 minutes and pour off any grease and spread remaining tomato sauce mixture over top). After loaf has cooked for 25 to 30 minutes, cover and let stand about 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
