FUNNEL CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Powdered sugar

Use a deep fryer or skillet; fill about 1/3 with oil, have oil very hot but don't burn it. Hold funnel over oil and move in a crisscross motion as you pour the batter into it.

Be careful not to pour too much batter at a time. Cook to a light golden brown. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
