SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (#2 1/2) can sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. canned milk
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Melt butter and drain sweet potatoes. Mix all ingredients except coconut. Blend well. Place in a 1 quart casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Add coconut and return to oven to brown.
