GERMAN POTATO TOSS 
8 slices of cooked bacon
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 lbs. sliced potatoes, cooked, or canned potatoes, can be used 2 cans
1/3 c. Italian dressing, bottled

Fry bacon crisp but not burned. Remove bacon, crumble and set aside. In frying pan, add 1/2 cup chopped onion. Cook until tender. Add potatoes, and crumbled bacon. Add dressing and toss. Can be eaten hot or cold.
