ZESTY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise, and horseradish; stir into broccoli. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over broccoli mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 6-8 servings.
