CEREAL PEANUT SNACK | |
4 c. bite size wheat, rice or corn Chex 2 c. thin pretzel sticks, broken 1 c. shelled sunflower seeds 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. peanut butter 1 c. peanuts Combine cereal and pretzel sticks. Heat butter and peanut butter in pan. Pour over cereal and stir until coated. Spread in ungreased baking pan (9"x13"). Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, stirring several times. Remove from oven and stir in seeds and peanuts. Spread on wax paper to cool. |
