KIM'S LASAGNA 
1 (1 lb.) box lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lg. jar any flavor Classic spaghetti sauce
1 (6 or 8 oz.) container ricotta cheese
Cheddar, Jack, Mozzarella, Provolone cheeses
1/2 c. Old El Paso chunky style salsa
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook noodles according to the directions on package. At the same time in another pan, cook beef. Drain grease off the meat. Then add Italian seasoning, spaghetti sauce, and salsa. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Add ricotta cheese. Stir until well blended. Drain water off the noodles.

In a 9x13 inch pan, cover the bottom with noodles. Then pour half of meat mixture on top of noodles and spread to the edges. Grate enough of the 4 cheeses to cover the top of the meat. Repeat the layers starting with noodles and ending cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until cheeses are melted. This can also be refrigerated overnight. Bake until warmed all through.
