SUGARLESS FRUCTOSE SWEET BREAD
2 c. fructose
2 cubes Fleischman butter
2 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins (different fresh fruits can be substituted)
5 c. flour
2 c. lowfat milk
1 c. walnuts, chopped, optional
Water, enough to reach desired consistency

Mix dry ingredients and fructose together. In a separate bowl slightly beat eggs and vanilla together. Blend softened butter with dry ingredients until mixture has a gritty consistency. Make well in the center of mixture, to this add egg mixture. Mix together thoroughly. Make a larger well into which you add raisins, walnuts or whatever fruit desired. Toss all together, add milk to mixture, again mixing thoroughly by hand. Add enough water to mixture to reach the consistency of oatmeal cookies, so that batter can be dropped by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
