SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 stick butter, softened
4 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. thyme
Dash hot pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped

Cook spinach and drain well. In small bowl, combine butter, eggs, Parmesan cheese, seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing, black pepper, salt, thyme, hot pepper and onion; mix well. Add spinach and chill for 1 hour. Form mixture into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
