CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE | |
1 chocolate cake mix (bake as directed) 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding (prepare as directed) 1 (12 oz.) tub whipped topping 3 Heath bars or Skor candy bars 1 chocolate candy bar (optional) Bake the cake, when cool, break up or cut into cubes. In a large bowl, making layers, put in 1/3 of the cake pieces. Cover the first layer of cake with 1/3 of the prepared instant pudding. Use 1/3 of the whipped topping as the next layer. Chop the Heath bars fine, sprinkle about 1/3 of the candy over the whipped topping. Then repeat with the rest of the ingredients two more times. Sparingly, use shavings from the candy bar on top of the last layer of the whipped topping and Heath bar as an added touch. Refrigerate for a couple of hours to chill. |
