PINEAPPLE - JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

With electric mixer whip cheese and Jello; add 2 cups boiling water. Mix until Jello is dissolved. Add pineapple and juice. Pour into a dish. Refrigerate until set and serve.
