STUFFED SQUASH 
3 to 4 large bellied squash
1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix, prepared according to directions
6 to 8 strips bacon

Place whole squash in boiling water until they can be pierced with fork. Remove from water. Cool in cold water. Slice squash in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Mix seed with prepared dressing. Fill cavity you formed in squash with dressing mixture, mounding slightly. Top with bacon strip.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
