FRUIT SAUCE 
2-4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. liquid from canned fruits or juice
1 tbsp. juice
1 c. crushed canned fruit
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix sugar and cornstarch in pan. Stir in fruit liquid, add water if need to make 2 cups. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in lemon juice and canned fruit, about 1 minute, then remove.

Serve sauce hot or cold on pancakes, ice cream, frozen yogurt, and pudding. Refrigerate leftovers.
