RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 can Pet evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg yolks
3 c. water
1 c. regular rice
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins

Cook all in a pot (except raisins and egg whites). Bring to a boil and then simmer for 55 minutes, stirring often. Add the raisins in the last 5 minutes. Whip the egg whites and put in the rice after it cools off.
