ROCKY ROAD PIE 
1 1/2 c. cold half and half or light cream
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool whip
1/3 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 graham cracker crust

Pour half and half into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping, chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
