ROCKY ROAD ICE CREAM 
2/3 c. cocoa powder
2 c. sugar
4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped or slivered almonds & pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. whipping cream
2 squares chocolate
2 c. mini marshmallows

In large pan mix cocoa and sugar. Add milk gradually. Stir over low heat until dissolved. Cool at room temperature. Stir in vanilla, salt and whipping cream. Set aside. Shred chocolate with grater. Stir shredded chocolate, marshmallows and nuts into cocoa mixture. Freeze. May add extra milk to fill line.
