1 c. fresh coconut milk 1 c. pineapple juice 1 tsp. coconut extract 1/2 c. chocolate syrup 1 c. vanilla ice cream Maraschino cherries and pineapple cubes skewered on toothpicks for garnish Put all the ingredients, through the ice cream, in a blender and blend on medium speed for 15 seconds or until smooth. Pour into tall frosted glasses. Add cherry-and-pineapple garnish to each. 4 tall glass servings. |
