SHRIMP MOUSSE 
1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello, dissolved in 2 c. plus 2 tsp. boiling water
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. milk
2 jars pimento cream cheese
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 cans shrimp
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. celery
2 tsp. green onions, chopped
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Mix all ingredients as listed. Half of this recipe fills the fish mold.
