SIMPLE SLOPPY JOES 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can chicken gumbo soup
Ketchup
Liquid Smoke (optional)

Brown hamburger with chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 can chicken gumbo soup. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Then, add ketchup to taste and simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Only a few drops of liquid smoke are needed.
