2 pkgs. dried beef, sm. pieces
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cut in cubes
1/2 c. scallions, tiny pieces

Place all ingredients in bowl and mix with electric mixer. Form into ball. Roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with party rye or crackers.
