LEMON BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise (salad dressing)
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Mix dry ingredients into bowl. Stir in milk, mayonnaise and lemon rind. Knead on a floured surface for about 1 minute. Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut approximately 2 inches round. Place on ungreased cookie sheet bake at 450 degrees for about 12 minutes.
