OVEN CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together Bisquick, cheese, and paprika. Wash chicken and pat dry. Dip each piece in evaporated milk, then coat with cheese mixture. Place skin side up in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake about 1 hour or until done.
