PARMESAN BREADED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1/2 c. buttermilk
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in buttermilk, and roll in bread crumb herb mixture. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Place chicken (bone side down) on pan. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, remove cover and bake another 20 minutes or until done. Yields: 4 servings. Boneless chicken can also be used.
