CHEESE LOGS 
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing (4 oz. pkg. = 1 tbsp.)
1 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
Finely chopped nuts (peanuts, walnuts, pecans)

Finely grate cheeses together. Work in dress dressing mix, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Make into 4 medium sized balls or logs (using hands). Roll in nuts. Wrap in Saran Wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
