CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE LOGS 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 loaf very fresh white bread
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
Cinnamon and sugar mixture
1 egg yolk

Combine cream cheese, sugar and egg. Remove crust from bread; roll, slice with pin. Spread cheese mixture on bread and roll up like jelly roll. Moisten roll in melted butter. Roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture until covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Rolls can be frozen before baking. Thaw completely when ready to use.
