HAMBURGER MANICOTTI 
8 manicotti shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 egg
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook manicotti in boiling water 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.

In a sauce, heat through. In a bowl, mix together egg, cottage cheese, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stuff mixture into shells. Spoon 1/3 sauce mixture into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Place shells on top. Top with remaining sauce, covering shells. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
