FLANK STEAK AMERICANE 
4 (8 oz.) pieces flank steak
10 mushrooms, sliced
8 oz. Kraft French dressing
Salt and pepper as required
Garlic, fresh, crushed

Rub garlic into each flank steak. Marinate the flank steaks in French dressing overnight. Broil the steaks until brown and place steaks in a roasting pan. Roast in an oven at 350 degrees for about 2 hours. After 2 hours, add the mushrooms and cook an additional 10 minutes until mushrooms are tender.

To serve, slice steaks in 4 pieces each, across the grain, and place on dinner plates. Top with the mushrooms and serve. Suggested serving with rice. Serves: 4. (Prep and Cooking Time: 1 day 2 hours 20 minutes)
