CRISPED ORANGE CHICKEN 
1 beaten egg
1/2 of (6 oz.) can (1/3 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. butter
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine egg, orange juice concentrate and soy sauce, stir to mix well. In bowl, thoroughly combine bread crumbs, paprika. Melt butter in baking pan. Dip chicken pieces in orange-soy mixture. Then coat with crumbs. Place chicken skin side up so pieces don't touch in baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven about 50 minutes or until tender. DO NOT TURN.
