GOLDEN FRUIT PUNCH 
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 pt. light rum, 2 c.
2 c. water
1 (28 oz.) bottle ginger ale, chilled (3 1/2 c.)
1 qt. lemon or pineapple sherbet

Advance preparation: Combine concentrates, rum, and water. Cover and chill.

Before serving: Pour juice mixture into punch bowl. Slowly pour ginger ale down side of bowl; stir with an up and down motion. Scoop sherbet into punch. Serves 24.

Or substitute 4 cups water for rum, using a total of 2 cups of water in punch.
