ROYAL ZUCCHINI PARMESAN 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 (16 oz.) can solid pack tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 med. zucchini, sliced 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute chuck and onions in salad oil until meat is brown and crumbly. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

To meat, add tomatoes, sauce, and paste and green pepper; simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Blend in grated cheese. Stir in salt, garlic salt, and oregano; add zucchini. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

Turn mixture into 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes or until zucchini is fork tender.
