CRAB DIP 
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 1/2 c. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Old Bay Seasoning and 3/4 cups grated cheese. Stir well. Put mixture in a one quart casserole and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle top with pinch of Old Bay Seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until mixture begins to bubble around edges. Serve with crackers.
