RICE JELLO MOLD 
1 sm. can drained crushed pineapple
1 c. cooked rice
2 mashed bananas
2 pkgs. lime Jello
1 tsp. almond flavoring or vanilla
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 2 cups and bring to a boil. Put Jello in and dissolve. Cool until slightly thickened. Stir in pineapple, rice, and bananas. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Put in 1 1/2 quart mold or whatever you like. Cool thoroughly. Best if it stands overnight.
